So, I've been a member of the LDS church for 8-1/2 years now, and yesterday was my first day at the cannery. It was pretty neat. The best part is the way everyone there works together to get the work done.
My food storage right now is pretty much nil, though my everyday pantry is more heavily stocked than the average family. I still have a LONG way to go. I brought home a few things from the cannery to mess around with. Now that I know how it works, I need to work on a plan for obtaining and rotating my stock. I've got a goal!
