My grandmother gave me this recipe.Press sugar cookie dough, store bought or homemade, into the bottom of a tart pan. Bake 375 for about 10 minutes.
Melt 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips and 1 can sweetened condensed milk on the stovetop. Pour over cookie and spread. Then top with M&Ms, peanuts, and marshmallows.
